Once the documents are served, we will complete an affidavit of service and provide it back to you or the court. An affidavit is a notarized testimony signed by the server that details the time, date, manner of service, and identity of the person served, as well as other details of the job. If a party in the case claims he or she was not notified of pending legal action, our affidavit of service can be presented to prove otherwise.
